Downgrade Network guestbook and site rating service update

An update has been released for Downgrade Network's guestbook creation service and counter service: both services now offer extensive customization options.
The guestbook creation service now allows you to fully customize the appearance of your guestbook by changing its colors and font.
The counter service now allows you to customize its appearance by changing colors and choosing which values to display. It also supports displaying values that were previously unavailable, such as the number of unique visitors over the year, month, or day. In addition, you can choose an appearance style from several preset themes.
